COVID-19 Update – August 13

August 13 COVID update:  The facility had a resident test positive for COVID-19 today while out of the building.  This resident remains out of the building at this time.  We have restricted travel throughout the building having residents stay on the units that they reside.  All residents and staff are currently being tested for COVID-19 and we should receive results in the next couple of days.  We will repeat testing in 1 week and will continue weekly testing until we have been 100% negative for 14 days.  Admissions to the facility have been suspended at this time until we can establish safe zones.  The staff have been well trained on preventing the spread of this virus and have plenty of Personal Protective Equipment.  We will post updates regularly, but if anyone has any questions please feel free to give us a call.
