COVID-19 Update January 5

1/5/2022 COVID UPDATE – Since last update there were 4 staff members test positive for COVID.  No residents have tested positive.  Contact tracing was performed and those potentially exposed will be tested, which includes Annex 2, Annex 1 South Hall, and dietary staff.  The facility does not require a red zone at this time.  Visitation continues to be unrestricted, however please be aware that visiting while there have been positive COVID cases puts you at greater risk of contracting COVID.  Masks are required at all times while visiting currently due to the Adams County Transmission Rate being high.
